i haven't quite figured out how to test this work yet locally. the only possibly disruptive change i see is an additional the bulk of the changes introduced in this pr should be non-impactful additions of Microdata attributes onto existing elements. |

this PR would add microdata markup that expresses the quote as a Web Annotation highlight (an annotation with
targetand/orsourcebut lacking an annotationbody). by turning the plain HTML into structured data, further hypertext machines might be able to extend & build off of Quoteback & other quotation showing web systems to enrich & augment the human experience & agency.
