WPopup

WPopup is currently under review because of significant accessibility failings. You should not use WPopup but instead look at WLink if you need a pop-up window or WDialog if you want to use form-bound sub-form isolation.

IE on Windows Mobile 8

No popups will work on Windows Mobile 8. If an application has an external audience or an audience which includes users of Windows Mobile 8 then it cannot use WPopup. This could be considered a good thing.
