The canonical name for such a file is CONTRIBUTING.md.

I am having fun while trolling and I am doing other things in the meanwhile, you are actually taking this fork seriously and are mad about someone exercising their freedom of speech (I thought that was y'all's whole spiel), that's the difference between us. And besides, what's Lunduke gonna do, actually watch this repo? He doesn't give a shit, not even when he's blatantly violating the GPL. Stay mad.
