0.5.33

Prepare the patch release that ships the completed post-0.5.32 source modularization.

• finalize the V1 executor responsibility split into action dispatch, run admission, and run finalization runtimes;
• finalize the Loop Goal prompt/report/evidence helper split while preserving the existing source facade and state schema;
• ship the regenerated single-file stable bundle already validated against real OpenCode on Linux and Windows;
• bump package/lock metadata, changelog, and README release marker to 0.5.33.

No user-visible command or runtime-state-schema change is intended.

Verification

Exact head 80119d8777b479004464a885658cf943951bdd51:

• CI: success, including Ubuntu/Windows tests, OpenCode 1.4.0/latest compatibility, and real OpenCode Loop hosts on both platforms;
• Single-file Bundle Gate: success on Ubuntu/Windows, including fresh source regeneration, generated-entry import, real-host Loop/queued-Goal canaries, and generated-bundle regression suite;
• release diff is limited to CHANGELOG.md, README.md, package.json, and package-lock.json.

The immediately preceding modularized source and synchronized generated bundle were already merged to main; this PR changes release metadata only.
