Mock-up of a new CCBR website

Vision: Update the CCBR website to reflect the scientific collaboration & contributions, rather than coming across as a support service

-Focused on the page-content and structure of the top menu nav.

-All pages reflect updated content relative to the current site

-Removed unused pages (eg. Heatmap viewer)

-Added a new ‘Featured Projects’ page that lives under Publications

-Replaced service-oriented terms like ’support/help’ with ‘collaboration/project'

The 'index.html' is a self-contained html with all in-line images, so it should render correctly.
