Create way to track all new ones (google form with github issue to protect PII(?))
Approval/review process needs to be fast - eg, if costs are projected to be under $75 and the use case makes sense, go ahead; if over $75, then more detailed examination. Identify approvers for under $75:suggest any of: Kim, Michael, Heidi, Augustin (?)
- Language around how much that becomes in time and they are responsible for staying within or asking for more.
