Deleting this file removes the centml.compiler.prediction package from the installed distribution, so any existing code that still imports centml.compiler.prediction now fails immediately with ModuleNotFoundError. This is a runtime compatibility break introduced by this commit (and the same import path was previously restored to fix that exact failure), so the empty package marker should be kept.

To properly show why service statuses are occurring, the CLI has been updated to expose the correct error message
