README conversion improvements (from the strategy analysis):

  • "Why fixbuddy" section with a factual comparison table vs. GitHub Copilot coding agent, anthropics/claude-code-action, and OpenHands resolver — plus an honest "when not to use fixbuddy" note (no sandbox, use your own repos). Claims researched against current (2026) docs.
  • Live CI status + version badges.
  • Above-the-fold placeholder (HTML comment) for a demo GIF, with the asciinema/agg recipe.
  • "Prefer to read before you run?" snippet in Quick Start for curl|bash skeptics (download → less → run), pointing at the SHA256SUMS verification.

Repo metadata also updated out-of-band via gh: added topics (pull-requests, code-review, ai-agents, gemini, opencode), set the homepage field, enabled Discussions.
