Integrate Simkl Account and Enable Regular Sync of Watched, Watchlist, and Watching Data

We need to integrate the Simkl account with StrIve to allow regular syncing of all watched, watchlist, watching, and remaining data from Simkl using their API. The integration should:

• Sync user data (watched, watchlist, watching, and remaining) from Simkl to our app via Simkl's free API.
• Support syncing at regular intervals or upon user request.
• Include custom sorting and filtering options as provided by Simkl's API.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable sync experience for users.

This feature will enable users to manage their TV and movie tracking seamlessly across StrIve and Simkl with advanced organization options.
