docs: refresh 13 interface screenshots to match current frontend

Refresh 13 interface screenshots captured against the current ComfyUI frontend dev build.

Changes

app mode (7):

• app_mode_1.png: Graph dropdown updated. Menu no longer lists "Enter app mode"; app mode entry moved to the breadcrumbs navigation dropdown.
• app_mode_2.png: App Mode welcome screen with Build app button.
• app_mode_3.png: App builder wizard now has 3 steps (Inputs / Outputs / Preview); the old "Set a default view" step is gone.
• app_mode_4.png: Builder step 2 Outputs.
• app_mode_5.png: Builder step 3 Preview.
• app_mode_6.png: Default view options now live in the Save As dialog (the standalone "Set a default view" modal was removed).
• app_mode_7.png: Success dialog is now "Successfully saved" with Close / View app.

mask editor (3):

• maskeditor.jpg: Node right-click menu redesigned ("Open in Mask Editor" entry).
• maskeditor_main_editor.jpg: Mask editor full window (downscaled from 4K to 1600 px wide).
• maskeditor_ui.jpg: Mask editor with Brush Settings and Layers.

template (1):

• template_library.png: Template library panel (currently showing the Video filter; panel structure matches).

overview / sidepanel (2):

• comfyui_new_interface.jpg: Main interface with current top bar and sidebar.
• model_library.jpg: Model Library panel (folder tree; no local models installed on the capture machine).

All images keep their original filenames and aspect ratios. Screenshots are clean captures with no environment error banners.
