Feat(connectivity): add Online Education list
A local pnpm dev with a DSN in .env reported every half-finished edit against the production projects. The frontend gate now also checks import.meta.env.DEV; the backend bootstrap skips init under SENTRY_ENVIRONMENT=development, mirroring the cron check-in rule. …db errors html-to-image console.errors on every cross-origin stylesheet it cannot read (the docs assistant widget leaves one behind) and then carries on, so the screenshot still renders; those lines are now dropped in beforeSend. The firebase-auth ignoreErrors entry was written as 'Database is closing/hidden', which never substring-matched either real message — split into the three actual wordings. A dynamic import that resolves to an empty module threw on destructure: the app still mounted with no messages at all, and the privacy page sat on its loading state forever. The fetched flag was set outside try/catch, so one failed /api/getuserinfo hid the level badge and achievements for the whole session with no way to refetch. …oader Privacy copy and the security checklist each fetched their locale chunk on their own. The privacy page revealed before any fallback had merged when the active chunk failed (raw keys until English arrived), and the checklist had no handling at all — a failed chunk meant an endless spinner plus an unhandled rejection. utils/locale-datasets.js now walks the fallback chain at fetch time, skipping chunks that fail or ship no default export, so both pages render the next available language and only a whole-chain failure degrades further.
