Operational trace logs may contain barcodes, method names, operator annotations, instrument addresses, and other sensitive information. HSLViewer processes files locally and does not need network access, but users remain responsible for the files they open and share.

Use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting for security issues. Never attach a real laboratory trace, credential, internal address, or customer/employer data to a public issue. Reproduce parser problems with the bundled synthetic fixture or a new synthetic minimal example.
