Cards not going away

Hey,
I've had this problem where at 2 of my bj tables athe crads wouldnt dissapear after a player quit mid game, which leads to the new hand not being displayed properly, I tried restarting the server, starting a new game, removing the table and setting a new one, the cards wont go away. Even when just removing the table the crads will remain, I even tried
/kill -ing them

Could you tell me exactly how to reproduce this error and also whether the bet placed by the player is getting refunded or not?

I sadly can't give you this info, I'll check all server logs from past week and update you if I find smt, although it is unlikely. I'd rather want to know if there's any way to remove the cards, and how they're displayed, so I can remove the cards from the old game
