On a free device, Reserve was a small button at the end of the header toolbar,
while the middle of the page held a grey "Reserve this device to open a session."
Now the centre panel carries the action: a large Reserve this device button
under a one-line "This device is free". The cleaning state uses the same block
with a disabled button. The header button is gone — it only appeared in these
states, so there is no duplicate.
Checked locally against the fake provider: free, cleaning, and held-by-someone-else
all render as expected.
