As a Scrum Master, I want to prepare the SR2.md document, so that all sprint retrospective findings and future recommendations are clearly documented and accessible for the team to review and implement in future sprints.
Tasks:
Compile findings and actionable steps from the sprint retrospective meeting.
Review the document with the team for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
Acceptance Criteria:
The SR2.md includes all key learnings, identified areas for improvement, and agreed-upon actionable steps.
Document is approved by all team members and ready for implementation in future sprints.
