Add mounted sandbox self-configuration

Summary

• Adds mounted runtime self-configuration to Data Machine Code without referencing any downstream substrate by name.
• Discovers neutral mounted runtime context from mounted_runtime_context / wordpress_runtime_context, MOUNTED_RUNTIME_CONTEXT, MOUNTED_RUNTIME_WORKSPACE_ROOT, or an existing /workspace mount.
• Defines DATAMACHINE_WORKSPACE_PATH, forces the mounted local workspace backend, and adopts non repo-backed workspace mounts after abilities initialize.

Supports Automattic/wp-codebox#842 while keeping Data Machine Code free of wp-codebox-specific symbols.
