Configurable extra watch paths for
check-dar-version-policyso OCP can treatscripts/codegen/andlibs/splice/as package inputs when adopting prepare-build.Precedence:
--extra-policy-paths→package.jsoncantonDevTools.darVersionPolicyWatchPaths→canton-daml-tooling.json→[].Bump to 0.1.5.
