• publish FastLED Reciprocal License 1.0-rc3 as a project-agnostic, monetization-triggered reciprocal open-source release candidate
• require upstream-first return of complete covered modifications through a public PR, fork, or reconstructable patch while preserving the file-level proprietary boundary and education/media/research exemptions
• enable GPL-family Secondary Licenses by default, with GPL conflict priority and an Exhibit B opt-out
• make canonical license versions verbatim-only and adopter-pinned, add exact adoption metadata, and clarify cure, continuing availability, and separate written permission
• keep the generic AI Coding Agent Notice synchronized with the operative license and pin immutable rc2/rc3 provenance
