Adds the SIG Lite Answer Library Template to the Repositories section — a free, ungated CSV template for building a reusable security-questionnaire answer library (SIG-style risk domains, evidence-citation columns, worked examples incl. the gap-with-compensating-control answer pattern). CC BY 4.0; reproduces no licensed Shared Assessments question text (original wording only).
