What & why

Enrichment-only cycle (no new records):

• Monitor features — parsed from the Amazon product titles for 827 monitors: adaptive_sync (FreeSync/G-Sync), response_time_ms, speakers, ports (HDMI/DisplayPort/USB-C/VGA/DVI), DisplayHDR level.
• Brand website — added the official website to the 18 display/PC brands added earlier.

Deterministic / factual. Commits (each Refs #1): monitor features, brand websites, surgical dump.
