New Version: ProjectVisBug2

I created a fork at https://github.com/node-projects/ProjectVisBug2 - cause nothing seems to happen here any more.
I included some of the pull requests:
Undo/Redo, Rotate, BoxQuads Overlay.

Also some new features are added. (like Export to PNG,SVG,PDF,DXF,...)
Also plan to release new browser addons.

At the moment is not yet a browser extension, you can only use the demo page.
I now want feedback and and see wich addon's are needed.
I'll look to create new browser extensions next week.

But before I need that people check it, cause it always takes time if you refresh a extension in chrome (days...)

I also uploaded it to Chrome & Firefox, but it takes time to be released, from their side.
