feat(http): add personal research service

Summary

• add a versioned Hono HTTP service, generated OpenAPI release asset, container image workflow, and deployment documentation
• expose only provider-neutral search, fetch, and links routes: server-local Kepos Bridge search retries once through Exa, while rendered page operations are explicit
• retain provider-specific data capabilities only in non-HTTP adapters; typed weather, sports, finance, and time routes are deliberately absent because providers lack contract-equivalent official APIs
• make the image's explicit rendered-fetch backend work on ARM64 with Debian Chromium
