Summary

Unify Fetch navigation across core, MCP, HTTP/OpenAPI, CLI, Pi, and DSH.
Use input mode: auto | full | tree; section_id works with automatic mode.
Return mode plus truncated so automatic bounded content is unambiguous.
Update model-facing guidance and public documentation.
