The spec moved from build.fhir.org/ig/FHIR/sql-on-fhir-v2 to build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/sql-on-fhir. The coverage report at fhir.github.io/sql-on-fhir-v2 now 404s; point it to sql-on-fhir.org/extra/impls.html instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The SQL on FHIR specification moved from
build.fhir.org/ig/FHIR/sql-on-fhir-v2tobuild.fhir.org/ig/HL7/sql-on-fhir. This updates all 14 links across the docs, including deep pages (StructureDefinition-ViewDefinition.html,OperationDefinition-SQLQueryRun.html,OperationDefinition-ViewDefinitionExport.html,StructureDefinition-sql-text.html). All new URLs verified to return 200, and the#joins-with-resource-and-reference-keysanchor exists on the new page.The coverage report at
fhir.github.io/sql-on-fhir-v2now returns 404; the two release-notes links pointing there were updated tosql-on-fhir.org/extra/impls.html(the SOF tests coverage matrix).Left unchanged:
