The POST/PUT /fhir/FHIRSchema endpoints were removed in the July 2026 release. Delete the two tutorials that documented them and redirect their URLs to the StructureDefinition-based equivalents.

Follow-up to #34, which kept the FHIRSchema tutorials with "removed in the July 2026 release" warnings. This PR removes the endpoint documentation outright.
