Testing complete - all green

Verified locally (ubuntu 24.04, Python 3.12) and in CI.

Commands run:

poetry install --with dev
poetry run pytest -v

Result:

211 passed, 0 failed (in ~10m36s) - exit code 0

CI also passed: tests on x64, ppc64le, and s390x all passed (plus DCO) - local and CI agree.

About the failing checks on this PR:
The failing checks ("Release Matching Python Tags" / build-and-release-matrix (3.10.20, ...)) are pre-existing and unrelated to this PR - this PR only changes poetry.lock. The same failures already exist on the main branch itself (since 2026-08-18): the release workflow builds PowerShell from source as part of the Python 3.10.20 build, and its dotnet restore step fails NuGet's audit (error NU1903) on a vulnerable transitive package. The .NET SDK required by the current PowerShell version isn't yet available for ppc64le/s390x, so the build falls back to an older SDK. The fix is already prepared in PR #48; these checks should go green once that PR is merged.

These checks are not required for merging (no required status checks on main), and the actual test suite passes.
