• 904c3c2: Fixed a <ParallelCoordinates> bug where hovering/clicking a row that a brush had faded out (via BRUSHED_OUT_OPACITY) still triggered its tooltip/onMouseOver/onClick - on Canvas this was especially visible, since the virtual hit-test canvas always hit-tests at full opacity/a widened stroke (see renderPolyline), so a brushed-out row could be "picked up" well beyond where it's actually visible. A brushed-out row now stays purely visual - it's still drawn faded for context, but no longer responds to any interaction. Added Storybook stories demonstrating brushing on Canvas, including with a 10,000-row dataset to exercise Canvas's progressive/batched rendering (PROGRESSIVE_RENDER_THRESHOLD) while brushing.

  Fixed a <LegendOverlay> bug where picking the Legend up to drag it also resized it - the drag-mode positionStyle substituted generic, direction-agnostic maxWidth/maxHeight for whatever direction-specific clamp (getLegendMaxDimensions) it was rendered with while docked, and since the Legend has no explicit size of its own (just those max values), the mismatch reflowed/clipped it the instant it was grabbed. Its on-screen size is now pinned to whatever it was at pickup for the duration of the drag, so only its position follows the pointer.

  Added a general mechanism for permanently excluding a datum from a chart: chartActions.hideDataPoint/chartActions.clearHiddenData, backed by chartSelectors.data, which now excludes any hidden datum for every plot/axis/scale that reads through it - unlike chartActions.setFilter (a <ParallelCoordinates> axis brush), a hidden datum is removed outright rather than faded. This wires up the previously-stubbed "Hide data point" <ContextMenu> action, and a new useDatumContextMenu hook lets a plot's own mark open a "datum" <ContextMenu> on left-click, alongside whatever its own onClick prop already does (<ContextMenuOverlay>'s default getItems now shows getDefaultDatumItems for that context automatically) - right-clicking a mark is left alone, reserved for the chart's own background menu. Supported on <Scatter>, <Bar>/<GroupedBar>/<StackedBar>, <Column>/<GroupedColumn>/<StackedColumn>, <Pie>/<Donut>, <Line>/<Area>/<StackedArea>, <Radar> (hides the whole series, its only natural granularity), <RadialArea>, <Treemap>, <CirclePacking> (leaf nodes only - a branch/group node has no single real datum to hide), <WordCloud> and <Funnel> - not <ParallelCoordinates>, which already has its own, more targeted brush-based filtering. The background "Reset filters" <ContextMenu> action (now also included in getDefaultBackgroundItems, alongside the existing <ParallelCoordinates>-specific one) clears hidden data too.
