Bump Pi SDK and add session rename

Summary

• Bumps Pi SDK/runtime packages from 0.79.1 to 0.79.6 and adjusts runtime/settings callers for the updated APIs.
• Adds inline sidebar session renaming, persisted through Pi session metadata and reflected optimistically across project, chat, inbox, live-thread, and cached thread state.
• Keeps the compaction status pill above composer/extension widgets instead of letting it sit underneath them.
• Updates docs/changelog.md for the SDK bump, session rename, and compaction status fix.

Validation

• Commit hooks: biome check, TypeScript checks, Vite import-resolution check, vitest run.
• Push hook: same repo-wide validation, 27 test files / 91 tests passed.
