BodyPartExamined reflects the source acquisition's imaged region, which for derived series (SEG, RTSTRUCT) is not the segmented anatomy. Point readers to where the segmented anatomy actually lives: seg_index (SegmentedPropertyType_CodeMeanings) and rtstruct_index.
