Determine the uncertainty of QSM-derived tree metrics. Is written with TreeQSM in mind, but can be altered to run with other QSM fitting approaches.
This repository contains the code written for uncertainty quantification of tree metrics using TreeQSM, and specifically so that results in the associated article can be reproduced. The code is written to be used with MATLAB R2024b. Additional tools are included with permission:
