• publishes the 35-page owner-review v3 PDF, LinkedIn companion, and authored manuscript/figure source
• incorporates four bounded final corrections: abstract attribution, diagnostic-inventory wording, exploratory structured-arm Fisher comparisons, and a standalone QueryQuotient compile receipt
• adds the exact Lean source plus append-only receipt 000005 without importing it at the package root or claiming Mathlib novelty
• exposes only minimized editorial dispositions and aggregate prompt-study results; raw reviews, responses, private locators, and owner-only mappings remain private
• cites Jake Macdonald's OGR v0.1 as permissioned parallel related work while preserving the no-code/no-data/no-experiments/no-authorship boundary
• extends the offline Python/JavaScript verifier with local-path and privacy guards
