Owner

Adds a self-contained, zero-dependency owner-review packet for the paper
From Model Output to Accepted State: A typed state boundary for AI-assisted operations.

Verify

From research/from-model-output-to-accepted-state, either implementation:

python tools/verify_release.py
node tools/verify-release.mjs

Both report status: PASS with a matching payload root. No package installation
and no network access. REPRODUCE.md gives the clean-clone procedure.

Expected at this commit:

payloadRoot c9989cee521959afba896ee1cc15f6e40cbe883f29a779b02f9720b3d71935cf
manifestSha256 a885ae860dccbaa5521777cccf6c596ef18714a987308a3c698207f9ed1a873a
files in manifest 42
registered claims 62

Verified from a fresh clone of this branch on Windows with core.autocrlf=true,
the setting that used to break byte comparison. Both verifiers pass and
git status stays clean, so the packet reproduces its committed bytes without
any local configuration.

Boundary

From BOUNDARIES.md, which states in its own first line that it is load-bearing:

This directory is prepared for review by pull request. An open PR, branch,
commit, or passing verifier does not authorize merge, release tagging, DOI
registration, deployment, or a claim that the owner has accepted every
semantic mapping.

The checks establish byte identity against the manifest and exact results for the
named finite fixtures. They do not establish peer review, independent replication,
mathematical novelty, publication acceptance, production safety, or legal
compliance. BOUNDARIES.md carries the full list.

Contents

  • paper/ rendered PDF and a Markdown companion
  • content_a|b|c.py, style.py, figures.py, the authored source the outputs build from
  • claims.json, author-markers.json, 62 registered claims with evidence and markers
  • reviewer-markers.template.json, for an external reviewer to assign markers without seeing the author's
  • evidence/, release build receipts and retained fixture reports
  • tools/, two independent verifiers plus the register and manifest generators

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Draft PR surface only. Per BOUNDARIES.md, a draft PR, branch, commit, or
passing verifier does not authorize merge, release tagging, DOI registration,
or deployment.

Self-contained and zero dependency. Verified with tools/verify_release.py and
tools/verify-release.mjs, which agree across languages on the payload root.

BOUNDARIES.md said the directory is prepared for a draft pull request. PR #15 is
open for review, so the file and its state disagreed by one word in a file whose
first line calls itself load-bearing.

The substantive boundary is unchanged: an open PR, branch, commit, or passing
verifier still does not authorize merge, release tagging, DOI registration, or
deployment.

Manifest re-pinned. Both verifiers pass from the committed bytes.
