Summary

  • migrate Foundry Skill uploads to the current create_from_files API and response fields
  • allow trusted, read-only load_skill calls to run without interactive approval
  • document the one-request Responses behavior and current provisioning output

Local verification

  • provisioned both sample skills with azure-ai-projects 2.3.0
  • started the repaired commit locally on the assigned loopback port
  • received readiness 200 and a representative escalation response containing ESC-CANARY-7742 and STYLE-CANARY-3318

Use the current Azure Projects upload API and allow trusted read-only skill loading so Responses invocations reach a final answer.
