Summary

add the required local user identity to the documented azd ai agent invoke --local command
add the matching x-agent-user-id header to every documented curl invocation
explain how the identity controls local session isolation

Verification

started the exact repair commit locally with azd ai agent run on the assigned repair port
received HTTP 200 from /readiness
invoked /responses with the documented identity header and received a grounded answer citing the indexed Contoso Outdoors return policy
