Summary

document a target-specific azd environment for local runs
show how to configure an existing Foundry project endpoint and model deployment
pass the selected environment explicitly to the local agent runner

Verification

started the agent locally on the assigned loopback port
verified readiness and the proposal, status-poll, and approval flow
