Reserve extension numbers 1011-1034 for the DXR author tag: 1011-1026 under the real names of the sixteen XR_DXR_* extensions DisplayXR already publishes, and 1027-1034 as placeholders for future work. All entries are supported="disabled", so nothing is advertised to any consumer of xr.xml. Edited xr.fragmented.xml and regenerated xr.xml with specification/scripts/merge-registry.sh.

Reserves extension numbers 1011-1034 for the
DXRauthor tag (The DisplayXR Project). The author ID itself was registered in #201; that conferred no number allocation, so this is the follow-up.DisplayXR is a standalone OpenXR runtime for glasses-free 3D displays. Its sixteen bespoke extensions are published today (headers at https://github.com/DisplayXR/displayxr-extensions) but derive their structure types and result codes from a made-up number, which we would like to correct.
