Exporting Projects

To export a project, select the caret on "Export" in the side menu to expand the options. Six options are currently supported:

  • JSON: This is the native format of the app, recommended for backups and transfers between installations.
  • VisColl XML: This is the native format of the VisColl Data Model (more on the VisColl website).
  • PNG: This produces a single image of the collation diagram.
  • SVG: This produces individual SVG files for each quire
  • Formula: This produces a text file with collation formulas
  • HTML: This produces a full website

Select one of the options. For JSON, Viscoll XML, SVG, and Formula you will be given a choice to download the export as a file or copy it to your clipboard. For PNG and HTML, you will be taken directly to a download.
