ScrollToTop Problem

in this project ,when i tap the statusbar in top,i found that I can't get scrollsToTop working.

Sorry, I didn't test it with iOS 9 and don't have time to fix it. Pull requests are welcome.

i found the bug. in your project LGViewController ,viewWillLayoutSubviews will init several times,so it cause a problem when i set scrollsToTop doesn't work. i do this to solve this problem:
for (UIScrollView *view in self.collectionViewController.view.subviews) {
if ([view isKindOfClass:[UIScrollView class]]) {
view.scrollsToTop = NO;
}
}

then i set the collectview.scrollsToTop = true. this problems solve.
