Use the existing typography with readable contrast and clearly identifiable links. Keep the notice visible for each signup method and on mobile. If the shared screen uses “Continue” for account creation, tie the wording to that action: “By continuing, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.”
This is a small login-screen copy change: no additional checkbox or acceptance screen. The requested scope supersedes the earlier, more elaborate acceptance-flow proposal.
