Use Lombiq.MSBuild.OrchardCore.Tests.UI.Library.Sdk for reusable UI test helpers, preserving library output while the UI test SDK configures executable runners. Update local imports and NuGet imports to the synchronized SDK prerelease.
Part of the SDK split in Lombiq/Open-Source-Orchard-Core-Extensions#1335. Requires Lombiq.MSBuild.OrchardCore.Tests.UI.Library.Sdk 2.1.1-alpha.3.osoe-1308. Consumer validation runs in the superproject integration CI.
