[Discord] "Name overlay" in aura full-frame effect breaks name shortening when set to without ellipsis

Environment

MSUF 6.5 beta9, WoW retail 12.1.0

Reproduction steps

1. Set "Name shortening" to truncate without ellipsis in any unit frame with aura feature
2. Set the full-frame effect in aura style to "Name overlay"
3. The rule of name shortening breaks, not shortening the name

Just a minor thing, nothing critical, found it and reporting as usual.

Reported version 6.5 does not match the latest published versions (stable v6.21; beta v6.0-rc1). Re-test on the newest applicable release if possible.
