The star history chart in the README was broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point it to a working provider so the chart renders correctly again.

The star history chart on the README is currently broken because GitHub's stargazer API can no longer be used the way it was. This updates the chart to use a working provider so the project's star history renders correctly again.
