Resolves #1314.

Adds the two community-run GTFS Realtime feeds for Elron (Estonian rail) from that submission:

  • mdb-3411, trip updates: https://crowdsourcing.transitous.org/gtfsrt/ee-elron/trip-updates.pb
  • mdb-3412, vehicle positions: https://jbb.ghsq.de/gtfs/elron/VehiclePositions

Both reference static source 3153 (Elron schedule).

Verification

  • Both URLs return valid GTFS Realtime 2.0 protobuf, no auth
  • Trip IDs (Edel_..., Ida,_Lõuna_..., Laane_...) match the trip naming in the mdb-3153 static feed
  • Trip updates had a current header timestamp at check time

Provenance

These are conversions of Elron's realtime data by the Transitous project (jbb.ghsq.de is part of the same pipeline), not published by Elron, so both entries are is_official: False with a note explaining this. As far as I can tell this is the only GTFS-RT published for Estonia: the national open data portal's realtime dataset is a proprietary CSV (transport.tallinn.ee/gps.txt, Tallinn only) and Elron itself only exposes a proprietary map API.

Rename several GTFS source files and update internal IDs for consistency. Updated realtime files and their mdb_source_id values: es-basque-country-bilbobus (2698 → 3409), it-cotral-busone (3388 → 3410), us-maine-south-portland (2647 → 3408). Also renamed two schedule files to use .json extension: fr-normandie-hobus-gtfs-2685.zip → fr-normandie-hobus-gtfs-2685.json and us-virginia-roanoke-cortran-flex-gtfs-2435 → us-virginia-roanoke-cortran-flex-gtfs-2435.json. These changes normalize filenames/extensions and align source metadata with updated mdb entries.
Add two unofficial/community-maintained GTFS-Realtime sources for Estonian operator ELRON: trip updates (mdb_source_id 3411) and vehicle positions (mdb_source_id 3412). Both reference static feed 3153, are marked active and not official
