1. Use rocrate python package for ro-crate editting. 2. Remove the copying information from .website_materials/ to website branch. These two changes means a significant amount of python code can me modified. Notably. - The higher level `rocrate` package does ro-crate modifications rather that lower level `json` operations. - GHA the perform lots of copying and branch creation, for the mate-website repository are no longer required as M@TE 2 no longer uses that workflow.

These 2 changes mean a significant amount of python code can me modified. i.e.
