docs: refresh README with latest release notes and engine updates

Refresh README.md to reflect the current v0.0.14 state:

• Update the News section with release notes for v0.0.10 through v0.0.14, including agentic benchmark scaffolds, native tool-call schema forwarding, and the runtime versions map.
• Correct the engine count from 9 to 10 and add LlamaCpp to the multi-engine bullet.
• Add Why Evalution highlights for agentic/tool-calling support and reproducible versions output.
• Fix missing heading levels for install/quickstart/usage sections and the Agent Runtimes anchor.
• Apply consistent visual polish across labels and subsections.
