Description

Adding mechanism to default any unmapped example requests by using the NHS number passed in as the example key.

Context

Currently, every new example added requires a corresponding change to be made to the sandbox app.py to enable that example to be called. This is needed anyway where we want to map a specific (or additional) NHS numbers to an example scenario. This change will break that dependency where the samples are simply mapped by default (if no explicit mapping is implemented)
