Tightens the canonical MacDent reference rule: production STUDY/RECON remains passive read-only; ACTIVE-PROBE writes are postponed until our own DentalFlow/Hermes systems or a separately authorized test/sandbox environment. Shared raw-memory extraction is explicitly not part of MacDent reconnaissance.
