Summary
Freeze LAB-WORK-REFERENCE-ADMIN-RECON-002B after the Hermes taskId/schema repair. Persist the laboratory parity delta and the exact hardened reference mutation contract. No app code, migrations, database, cloud, production, or patient-data mutations are included.
