Description of changes
Initial intent of this PR was just to fix some issues Scav reported with the codex, but it turned into a general-purpose codex rewrite.
associated_pathsin favour of putting references on the atoms instead.?by the atom name.Why and what will this PR improve
Codex works better, slightly more obvious.
