Migration of stock_request_picking_type to 18.0.

Supersedes #73.

Beyond the standard migration steps:

  • Inherited kanban view rewritten against the new stock_picking_type_kanban structure in 18.0 (menu/card templates).
  • read_group() replaced by _read_group(); _compute_show_picking_type now extends super() instead of redefining the domain.
  • Fixed latent bugs found during migration: compute reading self instead of the iterated record, inverted backorder count condition, and search filters referenced by default context keys but missing from the search view.
  • Tests updated to 18.0 APIs (is_storable, BaseCommon, new_test_user).

Module installs on a real Odoo 18 database and all its tests pass with demo data.
